Coral Island Tour
Cox’s Bazar is 150 km south to
Chittagong, popularly known as the town with world's
longest unbroken (120km) beach. It is a natural sandy
beach sloping gently down to the blue water of the Bay
of Bengal. The background is covered with green forest
with the chain of Arakan Hills. Miles of golden sands,
surfing waves, Conch shell markets, sea fish markets,
colorful Pagodas, Buddhist Temples, and colorful tribes
all these make Cox's Bazar an unique spot for retreat.
St.Martin Island is the only coral
island of the country with eternal beauty and natural
sights. Stand about 10 K.M. south -west of the southern
tip of the main island. Local name of the land is "Narikel
Jinjira" a tropical paradise surrounded by coconut
trees. There are beautiful corals on the south-eastern
corner of this island. The water around this Island
is emerald green and a sure invitation for one to a
relaxing sea bath.
Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to hotel in Dhaka,
Check In, free time, Night stay at hotel
Day
2: Breakfast, Transfer from hotel to airport
to take the morning flight to Chittagong. Upon arrival,
transfer to Teknaf (5 hrs journey by vehicle). On arrival,
check in to Parjatan motel. After lunch, explore the
Teknaf beach and take a short trek through the forest.
Overnight stay at the motel at Teknaf.
Day
3: After breakfast, a very pleasant trip on
a sea coaster which will take a little over two hours
to St. Martin's Island. On arrival, check in to the
hotel/motel and be briefed about the Island so that
you can explore it by yourself. Rest of the day will
be free to spend as you like. Lunch & dinner will
be arranged in the restaurant of the hotel/motel. Overnight
at the hotel/motel in St. Martin's Island.
Day 4: Explore the island in your own
way till lunch. Leave the Island after lunch by sea
coaster for Teknaf. On arrival at Teknaf, transfer to
Cox's Bazar (1.5 hrs) for overnight stay in a motel.
Rest of the day will be free to spend on your own way.

Day
5: Leave Cox's Bazar after breakfast for Chittagong.
En-route, visit the Lamarpara Buddhist Temple at Ramu,
said to be the biggest among the popularly visited temples
in Bangladesh. After lunch in a local restaurant in
Chittagong, drive to the airport to take the flight
for Dhaka. Arrival in Dhaka in the late afternoon. Transfer
to hotel.
Day
6: Breakfast , free time for shopping , transfer
to Airport for departure.
